(here you are just seeing if your browser will work without being hijacked again). I suggested amazon or google because they are safe websites that won't reHijack your browser.
I think you clicked on a website that hijacked your browser and it will redirect over and over because the bug-virus-malware reconnects faster than you can close your browser tabs.
